Fellow blu-ray collectors and home theater fans are busy working, raising families, and watching films. Movie fans do not have the time to look up each individual movie trailer. More so, fellow home theater enthusiasts may also be unfamiliar with many of the films nominated for this year’s Critics’ Choice Awards.
A Reel Cinema @ Home has created a nominee list with links to overview, casting, and trailer information for all the Critics’ Choice nominees. We’ve done the work, so you don’t have to. You’re Welcome!
Tis the season for movie and television awards shows and up next is the Critics’ Choice Awards show hosted by the Critics’ Choice Association (CCA). The Critics’ Choice Association is the largest movie and television critics organization in the United States and Canada. With a membership of more than 400 television, radio, and online critics.
Fine ass Taye Diggs will host the star-studded gala live on the CW network on Sunday, January 12 at 7:00 PM EST. We love Taye Diggs with his radiant smile, sexy swagger, and deep bass voice. In our ranking, he is one of the top five sexiest men alive. He is known for his roles in movies Brown Sugar, How Stella Got Her Groove Back, The Best Man and its sequel, The Best Man Holiday. We look forward to seeing his well-tailored, fashion style on the stage.
As movie and television geeks, we look forward to the Critics’ Choice Awards. Critics have seen the movies in a retail theater; whereas, we only watch a movie after it is released on blu-ray. Many of the nominee movies are not available on blu-ray yet. Therefore, we haven’t watched many of the films that are nominated. We are placing the nominees on our blu-ray purchase lists and will be adding them to our physical media collection soon. If the movie is worthy of a Critic’s Choice nomination, it is worthy of us watching.
Leave a comment below letting us know who you think will win Best Picture. Enjoy the award show!
